What You’ll Be Doing

•  Business Development & Strategy Execution
  You’ll be the right hand of our senior leadership — helping turn ideas into action. Think: identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, keeping clients happy, and supporting big initiatives that move the company forward.

• Data-Driven Decision Making
  You’ll dig into data and market trends to uncover insights, drive research, and guide decision-making. You’ll connect the dots and bring clarity to complexity.

• Strategic Support & Independent Execution
  You'll help our directors focus on the big picture by taking ownership of projects from idea to implementation. You’ll plan, structure, research, and execute — with autonomy and purpose.

• Drive Change & Innovation
  You’ll help us move faster and smarter by suggesting better ways of working, introducing new processes, and spotting growth opportunities others might miss.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who’s curious, resourceful, and ready to take charge.

Qualifications
✔ A graduate from a top-tier university
✔ 1–3 years in business development, strategy, or project management
✔ Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability

Skills & Attributes
✔ Proactive, independent, and full of initiative
✔ Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
✔ Innovative thinker who loves solving problems
✔ Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
