Maintenance Director

Job Description:

As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Team, including its sub-teams and members, to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our services. You will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all maintenance-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibilities of delivering System Support and Maintenance Services (IT related) to our client.
• Manage contracts with client and sub-contractors.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Clearly communicate maintenance goals, priorities, and challenges to all stakeholders.
• Build a collaborative problem-solving environment with client and earn trust.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that prioritizes quality and efficiency within the Maintenance Team.
• Receive and respond to escalation request from the Maintenance Team.
• Conduct performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Report to corporate management.
• Work full-time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
• At least 11 years of IT experience, which includes at least 6 years of functional/specialty experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing and directing maintenance teams, including experience working with sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Government project experiences will be an advantage.
• Holder of ITIL/ITSM certificate will be an advantage.
