M&E - Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project managements, budgets, cost controls.
• Lead M&E team to ensure all design and site installation have complied with contractual requirement, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Project and resource management including subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend site meeting, progress meeting.
• Coordination works with vary parties, main contractor, consultants, subcontractors etc.
• M&E planning, design, computer graphics, tendering and calculation.
• Site co-ordinate with foreman, sub-contractor, main-contractor, consultant, architect and client;

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant Building Services working experience.
• Relevant experience on Electrical or building projects is advantageous;
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
• Good co-ordination and interpersonal skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be consider of junior
