We are looking for passionate and professional Lounge Servers to join our team at Hong Kong International Airport.
我們正在尋找充滿熱情且專業的貴賓室服務員，加入我們香港國際機場的團隊。

Work Location / 工作地點:
Hong Kong International Airport / 香港國際機場

Responsibilities / 職責:

• Provide customers with quality services with enthusiasm and professionalism  以熱情和專業的態度為客人提供優質服務。
• Introduce the menu, place orders and provide catering services 介紹餐單、處理點餐及提供餐飲服務。
• Have professional knowledge of catering and make recommendations based on customer needs 具備專業餐飲知識，並能根據客人需要提供建議。
• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables in a timely and efficient manner 及時並高效地將食物及飲品送至客人餐桌。
• Understand customer needs and provide quality catering services. 理解客人需求，並提供優質的餐飲服務。
• Maintain the cleanliness and daily operation.  保持工作環境清潔及維持日常運作。
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.  遵守所有健康與安全規例，保持清潔衛生的工作環境。

Work Schedule / 工作時間:

• 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break. 每天工作9.5小時，包括1小時用膳時間。
• Shift Time : 05:00 ~ 00:30 (Shift work is required)  輪班時間: 05:00 ~ 00:30 (需輪班工作)

Requirements / 入職要求:

• At least 1 years of experience relevant working experience  至少1年相關工作經驗。
• Relevant working experience in lounge, fine dining, and sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage.  具備貴賓室、高級餐飲或大型豪華酒店相關工作經驗者優先。
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的溝通及人際交往技巧。
• Fluent English, other language (eg. Cantonese) is advantage.  流利英語，懂其他語言（如：廣東話）者優先。
• Willing to learn. / 好學。
• Team Player. / 具團隊精神。
• Shift duty (include morning and night shift). / 需輪班工作（包括早夜班）。
• HKID Holders ONLY. / 必須為香港身份證持有人。
