Logistics Supervisor/倉庫物流主管 (冷鏈)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Zhongzhu Gonda Supply Chain Management (Hong Kong) Limited in the Tsuen Wan District. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient and effective logistics management.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes
3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement
4. Liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
5. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment and technology
6. Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and productivity
7. Collaborate with the broader logistics team to streamline end-to-end supply chain management

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
2. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution planning
3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in using relevant logistics software and technology
6. Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
