Logistics Officer

Job Duties:

• Inventory Management involves monitoring and checking inventory records to ensure accuracy and optimize inventory control
• Perform outdoor work where necessary (warehouse, bank and etc)
• Keep track of shipment status by daily database update to provide accurate shipping information to internal parties
• Prepare and issue invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents
• Liaising with the warehouse, truck drivers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to coordinate the shipments from worldwide to the destination
• Assist in handling other logistic duties as assigned by the Logistics manager

Job Requirements:

• University preferred; the shipping/logistics management field is preferable
• Minimum 3 years of logistics/warehouse working experience in Hong Kong
• Paying attention to details and respecting the timelines
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
