Logistic Manager (Manufacturing)

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse function, including warehouse operation and shipping;
• Develop and enhance the logistics capability to match with Company’s strategic development;
• Supervise & mentor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, labelling, return, dispatching of goods and shipping;
• Ensure a high quality of warehouse and delivery service is provided;
• Manage daily warehouse operations but not limited to space management, manpower allocation, stock picking accuracy;
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staffs to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and operational standards;
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse;
• Provide reports assigned by supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience in Shipping and warehouse management, preferably in electronic components industry and at least 3 years in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics best practices;
• Good knowledge of import and export compliance regarding to local regulations and laws with issues on license application is an advantage;
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, strong analytical mindset, ability to work in tight deadlines and to work cross-functionally;
• Passionate, good communication skills and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Experience in the Asia logistic hub will be an advantage.
