Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Assist in managing general disputes, litigation, arbitration, and other contentious matters (including pre-litigation matters) involving the Group and its entities, and support day-to-day case management and report to management.
- Provide full-range legal support and services, including participation in M&A and other commercial transactions, ad hoc business development and financing projects
- Draft, negotiate, and/or review various agreements about the Group’s businesses.
- Perform any other job duties and projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- HK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE experience at leading law firms or in an in-house environment is preferred.
- Legal experience in dispute resolution or regulatory matters, familiar with regulatory and compliance issues in the relevant industry.
- Solid experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Working knowledge of the Main Board Listing Rules and other compliance regulations in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions
- Knowledge of PRC regulation is a must.
- Professional presentation and report writing skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.
