Leasing Manager 租賃經理

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasing and marketing activities including new lease, and renewal negotiations, rent review and tenancy management
• Perform financial analysis such as rental analysis, occupancy, actual financial performance and prepare annual budgeting exercise of the portfolios
• Develop leasing strategy to maximize portfolio’s revenue and occupancy with optimum tenant mix
• Conduct market research, data analysis and presentation for company stakeholders
• Enhance and maintain strong business network with business partners, stakeholders and property agencies 
• Strong network in retail leasing field is highly preferred

Jobs Requirement

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8-10 years solid experience in retail leasing with at least 4 years of supervisory level
• Previous working experience in sizeable retail portfolios are preferred
• Good team player, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English & Chinese) and able to work under fast-paced environment

• 在商舖租賃領域擁有相關經驗者效佳

工作要求

• 房地產、測量或相關學科學位；

• 在商舖租賃領域擁有至少8-10年的實際工作經驗，其中至少4年擔任主管級別職位

• 有大規模零售投資組合工作經驗效佳

• 具備良好的團隊精神、積極進取、追求卓越及高度的責任感

• 優良的溝通能力（中英文書面和會話）並能夠在快節奏的環境下工作
