Lead Business Analyst (Murex specialist) – Front Office Support (MNC bank)

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong Murex experience to lead a front-office-focused workstream within a strategic transformation or implementation program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting trading operations and a deep understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the business analysis workstream for front office initiatives, particularly involving Murex
• Collaborate with traders, risk, compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and optimize trade lifecycle processes, with a focus on FX Forwards, Swaps, and Options
• Support pre-trade compliance workflows and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policies
• Contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation phases across front-to-back systems
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Murex (must-have)
• Strong knowledge of financial products and their trade lifecycle, especially FX derivatives
• Familiarity with pre-trade compliance procedures and controls
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies for financial instruments
• Prior experience supporting front office operations in a banking or asset management environment
