Join Skin and Beam Hong Kong - a subsidiary of Korea's renowned Muse Clinic, the leading medical beauty authority that sets industry standards. We're seeking passionate individuals to begin their career journey in beauty consultation !

主要職責 Key Responsibilities：

• 協助銷售公司療程及產品，提供專業的美容護理建議
  Assist in promoting and selling our innovative treatments and products while providing professional beauty care advice

• 提供專業的激光/醫學美容護理療程知識，協助顧客改善皮膚問題
  Offer expert knowledge on laser and medical beauty treatments to help customers address their skin concerns

• 為顧客安排電話及網上預約服務，並跟進療程進度
  Schedule and manage customer appointments through phone and online platforms for convenience

• 回覆電話、線上諮詢，提供即時協助
  Respond to inquiries via phone & online channels with a friendly personality

• 維護顧客療程紀錄，建立良好關係，提升品牌忠誠度
  Maintain detailed customer treatment records, building strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty

• 協助店舖主管處理日常業務、行政工作及特別專項
  Support store managers with daily operations, administrative tasks, and special projects

職位要求 Job Requirements：

• 對美容及護膚有濃厚興趣
  A genuine passion for beauty and skincare; candidates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply!

• 具銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先，無經驗者亦可申請
  Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply

• 優秀的人際溝通技巧，喜歡與顧客互動
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset

• 為人誠實勤奮，親切有禮，注重服務細節
  Honest, hard-working, and attentive to service details

• 具備團隊合作精神，能與同事緊密配合
  A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues

• 能說流利的粵語及中文，懂英語者優先
  Fluent in Cantonese and Chinese, with English proficiency being an advantage

• 熟練中英文電腦打字，能處理文書工作
  Proficient in Chinese and English typing with ability to handle administrative work
