Junior AI Research Assistant (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Research Assistant to join our Innovation Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and its applications in publishing and multimedia. This role is pivotal in ensuring our team stays at the forefront of AI technologies, enabling us to create innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and RAG applications in publishing and multimedia.

• Evaluate and test cutting-edge AI tools and platforms related to NLP, LLMs, and RAG to determine their suitability for business objectives.

• Develop and present proof-of-concept (POC) projects using Python to demonstrate innovative solutions leveraging NLP, LLMs, and RAG.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP, LLM, and RAG-based technologies into existing workflows and product development processes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, particularly in NLP, LLMs, and RAG, to ensure our company remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

• Provide clear and concise reports or presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing processes to improve efficiency in AI-driven projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Strong foundational knowledge of AI technologies, with specific expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Proficiency in Python programming, with experience or coursework in developing proof-of-concept projects or prototypes, particularly using NLP, LLM, or RAG frameworks.

• Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information into actionable insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and industry developments in AI.
