IT Sales Manager

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and convert new business opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the most suitable IT solutions for their business needs

• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

• Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to inform sales conversations

• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team and the company

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role

• Sales experience in IT/ERP/CRM Business Application market or SI

• Knowledge of current ERP market especially for Microsoft ERP Products and presales is absolutely an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure profitable sales deals

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field
