IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st tier technical support to end users, system administration in the area of application, Windows OS, basic networking.

• Provide Email support and troubleshooting for MS outlook and O365 issue

• Deployment / replacement hardware and IT Inventory and asset management

• Escalation problems to IT department and/or Global IT

• Configuration and fine tuning for application and Windows OS.

• Provide IT support in exhibition event.

• Regular site visit is required and support users remotely

• Application and hardware support

• Support infrastructure and networking project implementation and system-rollout

• Provide assistance on daily/regular IT operation on system server monitoring, setting up system alert and troubleshooting

• Documentation

• Provide general IT training to users

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or above related discipline

• Familiar with Desktop and Server Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft O365 / Office Suite

• Familiar with (preferably strong in) configuration and troubleshooting Email and MS Outlook

• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Application, Windows Deployment and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency in PC/hardware Skills

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support role

• MCSE or CCNA certificate holder is preferred but not essential

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate available is preferred

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Support
