Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues;
  • IT inventory and asset management;
  • Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, including mobile device, printer, fax machine, video conference equipment, telephone system, computer and email installation;
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and network security, safety and remote connection; 
  • Responsible for software, hardware, IT equipment procurement and vendor management;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in IT system service support;
  • Experiences in computer networking is an advantage; 
  • Good communication skill, analytical mind, good trouble-shooting skills;
  • Good command in both spoken English and Chinese.
