IT Applications Specialist, APAC

Job Description

• Manage daily IT applications for Incident/Request Process, ensuring incidents and requests are logged, addressed, or escalated appropriately.
• Develop and improve automation workflows using existing technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Support automation solutions to boost operational efficiency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations in accordance with corporate IT standards.
• Conduct training to end-users on the effective use of M365 and other corporate IT applications.
• Assist with and implement IT/WMS projects and initiatives across the APAC region.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with business process automation such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Practical experience with M365 administration, SharePoint, Azure, and Windows systems.
• Knowledge of EDI/API for Warehouse Management Systems is advantageous.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China and/or overseas as necessary.
