Our company specializes in developing, sourcing, and distributing approximately 4,500 high-quality own-label products through dedicated sales teams and trusted resellers across Europe. We operate across twelve entities in Europe and Asia, including a sales, sourcing, and quality control hub in Hong Kong, which plays an important role to reach into the global market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven International Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion to large. This is a hunter role, focused on identifying, acquiring, and scaling new strategic accounts and reseller partnerships. You will be working on an international growth with large accounts, leveraging our competitive product portfolio and operational excellence to win new business and unlock high-potential markets.

Key Responsibilities

-            Identify and acquire new strategic accounts and reseller partnerships in non-European markets

-            Develop and execute go-to-market strategies

-            Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, from initial outreach to deal closure

-            Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, foodservice, and wholesale sectors

-            Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients

-            Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development

-            Represent our company at international trade fairs, client visits, and industry events

-            Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership

Qualifications

-            Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-            Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in foodservice, hospitality equipment, or high-SKU distribution.

-            Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

-            Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for winning new business.

-            Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies.

-            Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.

-            Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-            Willingness to travel frequently.
