Tasks & Responsibilities:

• We are creating a new interior team, working for sizable commercial projects and renowned brands - including office, rtails, pop-up stores, clinic and beauty etc;
• Design concept implementation and presentation;
• Handle full set of tender and construction drawings and specifications
• To Lead and work with Assistant Designers and other stakeholders for the proper execution of project design and documentation.
• Coordinate with the project and marketing team to ensure cohesiveness of design and construction document align with site condition and client requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors

• Create, organize and maintain design library and drafting standards
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in commercial Interiors + AutoCAD,  SU Sketch Up & Detailed Drawings, powerpoint presentation
• Diploma holder or above in Interior Design or Architecture with 3 years or above of experience
• Knowledge of Tender Package organizations;
• Knowledge in 3D rendering, Ai tools, photoshop & graphic design are the advantage;
• Passion for innovative and creative design, excellent design concept and presentation skills;

• Team-player who is independent, self-motivated, organized and responsible with leadership and good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
