Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-round HR functions but not limited to recruitment, staff on/off-board arrangement, employee relations, payroll & benefits administration 

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process especially for contract staff and site labourer 

  • Assist in organizing recruitment job fairs & company events

  • Maintain and update the HR system & personnel records

  • Prepare notices and regular reports

  • Perform any other job duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources or business management discipline

  • A minimum of 2 years’ solid job experience in payroll and recruitment

  • Mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
