Job Description

 (A) You will focus in one of the below areas:

1. Employment and HR Operation

  • Handle daily HR operations such as employment contract, work injury, offboarding formalities, HR system data management;
  • Assist in conduct data management and analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management; 
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
  • Participate in data management for the HRMS migration exercise.
  • Supervise staff acquisition matters including manpower planning and budget, job fair organization, recruitment and onboarding formulities

2. Compensation and Benefits

  • Responsible for C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;
  • Assist in conduct data management and analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management; 
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
  • Participate in data management for the HRMS migration exercise.

 

(B) Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; 
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadline.
  • Post and package will be commensurate with the applicant’s work experience.
