Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, payroll calculation, MPF administration, attendance record, leave management and benefits administrations;

Assist in HR System updating;
-
Handle and maintain filling system, HR database and records;
-
Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team;
-
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects such as staff activities.
-
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
-
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;
-
At least 2 year’s human resources working experience;
-
Basic knowledge in HK Employment and MPF Ordinances is preferred;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing (速成/倉頡);
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Common sense in time management and with details mind set;
-
Well-organized, independent, proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
Less experience will be considering Officer.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
