Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR services including talent acquisition, talent development, and employee benefits etc.
- Regularly update and maintain information related to HR in employee database.
- Assist to formulate and review HR policies and procedures to comply with the company’s regulations and legislative requirements.
- Prepare data and analysis reports for meetings and review.
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience. Experience with Chinese companies would be preferable.
- Experience in Property and Construction industry will be an advantage.
- A good understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing.
- Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Welcome IANG visa holder.
