Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR services including talent acquisition, talent development, and employee benefits etc.
  • Regularly update and maintain information related to HR in employee database.
  • Assist to formulate and review HR policies and procedures to comply with the company’s regulations and legislative requirements.
  • Prepare  data and analysis reports for meetings and review.
  • Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in  related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience. Experience with Chinese  companies would be preferable.
  • Experience in Property and Construction industry will be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing.
  • Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Welcome IANG visa holder.
