GRAMS28 - 全職奢侈品店資深銷售助理 - Full Time Luxury Store Senior Sales Associate

Duty:
Oversee daily operations and activities of retail store
Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders and manage visual displays
Analyse and monitor store and individual sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions
Help to maintain the store schedule, and security and loss prevention programs
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
Uphold the brand standards for store presentation, product knowledge and selling processes
Give suggestions to management for sales plan formulation.

Requirement:
Form 5 / Secondary School Diploma or above
Talkative with good communication skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible
Retail work experience is preferred
Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Note: extra incentive for travel to airport.

監督零售店的日常運作
監控庫存，進行補貨訂單並管理店內陳列品
分析和監控店鋪及個人銷售業績
管理店鋪排班
以專業和禮貌的態度處理顧客查詢、投訴和要求
保持店鋪陳列、產品知識和銷售流程的品牌標準
向管理層提出銷售計劃建議

工作要求：
中五/中學文憑或以上程度
健談及良好溝通技巧 主動、積極及有責任心
有零售工作經驗優先
良好的中、英文及普通話口語能力，具有效的溝通及人際交往技巧
