Golf Coach

We are looking for high-calibre candidate who can provide high level professional and full-scale training to students from beginner to advanced levels.

The coach must be PGA certified with at least 3 years of coaching experience as well as career achievements as an amateur golfer.

Knowledge and experience with college golf in the United States is a big plus.

Daily job duties include:

a) Report to the Program Director

b) Training program planning, execution, reporting and follow up for the members who joined the classes

c) Manage golf facilities booking system, pro shop as well as coaching schedules

d) Promote the golf lessons packages and add-on services to existing members

e) Organize regular tournament and social events for the adult and junior members

f) Special camps and programs for summer and winter breaks

g) Other club events and programs support when needed

The candidate must possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills. Willing to work under pressure and deliver excellent results.

We are an exclusive private sports club located on the southside of Hong Kong Island. Our mission is to provide our members an exclusive and exceptional access and experience hard to find anywhere in the world. We are a small community focus on only three sports – golf, ping pong and dance sport.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

• PGA certified

• Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated coaching and/or professional league playing experience

Benefits

* Base Salary (HKD 30K+/month including 40 hours coaching) + Commissions ($500/hour for any additional hours coaching) + Double Pay (13th month salary) + Bonus

* Accommodation provided or HKD8,000/month housing allowance + 1 Meal/day on workdays
