Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities of the General Practice Surveyor Trainee:

  • To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies, land matters reports and other real estate consulting works for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments.
  • To assist the directors and managers in their execution of valuation and real estate consulting assignments, and to assist the directors in the quality control of such assignments.
  • To carry out any other assignments as directed by your directors or the Senior Management.
  • To nurture existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Company.
  • To travel in the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific Region on required basis.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant GP Surveying Manager

Requirements

  • University graduate of Surveying Faculty/Department, Degree in Urban Studies, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines will also be considered
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Intend to develop career path in General Practice Surveying field
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Writing skills and an analytical mind. Specifically, an ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly in valuation and professional reports.
  • A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in the Excel software.
