Job Description

Job description:

 

  • Assist the accounting team with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Handle correspondence and communication related to accounting matters.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Proven experience as a general clerk or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
