Financial Controller

Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Conduct regular financial analysis to maintain a continuous understanding of the company's financial position and take steps to prevent problems
• Liaison with bankers for fund and cash flow management
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties to manage compliance and tax issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage
• Mature, strong business acumen with strong analytical mind
