Work you'll do:

 

Reports to the General Manager and is responsible for financial and management accounting, office management, human resources management and secretarial support to Company.   The responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate closely with senior management and vendor to facilitate month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related issues with banks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining effective communication.
  3. Support HR functions, including employee record management, payroll calculations, and MPF contribution process.
  4. Assist in general administrative work, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  5. Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP and filing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative and finance support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, including employee record management, tax filings and payroll calculations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software e.g. MYBO, Peachtree, Quickbook or relevant ERP system.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
