Fashion Designer/Senior Fashion Designer – Ladies’ Wear (Brand: INTIQUE)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to ensure that product designs are up-to-date and meet customer demands
• Research and sourcing new fabric, materials, and accessories
• Provide ideas on all design issues including fashion trend research on colors, fabrication, design details and accessories, etc.
• Responsible for the design and development of apparel items, mockups, tech-packs, fitting and presentation kits
• Experience in all-categories design is an advantage
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and mills
• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Fashion Design or related professional discipline
• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in ladies’ fashion design in the retail industry
• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, fitting, and garment construction
• Experienced understanding of the garment manufacturing process
• Strong awareness of manufacturing costing and risk issues
• Good presentation skills and creative and new ideas
• Strong sense of market demand, design, color, and trend forecasting
• Self-motivated, energetic, responsible with good design sense and the ability to work independently
• Good team player
• Experience in using Illustrator and Photoshop is a MUST
• More Experience will be considered as an Senior Fashion Designer
