Responsibilities 

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial, administrative and personal assistant to the General Counsel, especially audio-typing, statutory compliance, formatting documents
  • Basic book-keeping and compliance with regulations
  • Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Legal Department 
     

Requirements

  • University graduate or Professional Secretarial Training
  • More than 2 years’ experience in a legal secretarial and/or company secretarial role
  • Positive working attitude and be a good team player who is also able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Organised, efficient, detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
