Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager to send out price enquiries and prepare preliminary price comparisons for construction projects based on project specifications, drawings, and other relevant information

• Study tender documents, prepare checklist and documents for submission

• Documents filing, includes Tender Documents, Tender Submission, Price Comparison, Forms for QA System, etc.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations to ensure financial efficiency

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

   

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating

• Familiar with local building regulations and standards

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and organizational

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
