About the job
Reporting to the Assistant E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Intern will provide operational support to the E-commerce team, receiving trainings and real work experience on website setup (front end/back end), graphic design, product selection, pricing strategy and sales analysis.
Your contribution will be fundamental as you will support the E-Commerce team during its busiest time of the year, and will communicate with brands on a weekly basis, sharing your findings and recommendations – upon the supervision and advice of the team. You will acquire operational experience across a wide range of E-commerce skills.

What we will trust you with
E-commerce support
- Create product content (product names, descriptions and visuals) for the online flash sales, ensure the website reflects correct detail and prices, proactively amending any errors.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department, including order processing, inventory management and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to rectify any product or delivery issues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Share preview links with the brand partners to make sure the information is correct (e.g. product content, materials, product images, descriptions, etc.)
- Update and maintain product listings on the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on the e-commerce platform.
Data analysis and reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for brand partners and internal stakeholders, analyzing data and identifying commercial actions to leverage additional sales
- Conduct business, quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales data
Ad-hoc
- Participate in other projects and ad-hoc requests
What it takes
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree of one of top leading universities or business schools
- High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
- Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands / customers / team
- Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills
- Flexible and able to work across departments, quickly switching between tasks
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with Excel and Word, ideally with Shopify / Google Analytics
