Job Description
eCommerce Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of all our eCommerce systems to ensure they are running smoothly and address any issues that arise. This role will work directly with local markets to support their needs as well as managing our relationships and opening workload with our partners.
Also, briefing new functions and performing testing and communications at launch, development & document processes and guidelines for our markets and teams to follow.
Responsibilities

Handling daily operations enquiries for ROA markets, troubleshoot operations and technical issues of the systems.

Manage Order management system with vendors to resolve issues and assure order delivered per expectation in systems & ensure eCommerce operations & logistics quality.

Support to provide operations reports, sales reports, analysis and generate insights.

Assist to maintain and optimize eCommerce platform for stability and performance across multiple markets. Work closely with vendors and Technology Department on troubleshoot system error, manage web traffic and conduct UAT.

Provide guidelines, create work procedures and documentation filing.

Work with internal department and external vendors to handle invoice payments.

Assist to setups and manage on Customer Service Centre System.

Support on admin work and provide any ad-hoc support to the team.
Requirements

Degree holder in Business, IT, Digital or eCommerce; experience in digital and eCommerce solution will be an advantage

Minimum 1-2 experiences in the eCommerce operations, development of eCommerce platform or order management system

Experience in using Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be an advantage

Proficient with MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience using work management platforms such as Jira and Confluence

Strong analytics skills, familiar with Google Analytics will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels

Excellent presentation and communication skill

Fast learner & well organized

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
