Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily e-commerce operations including product listing, inventory & product shelf-life management, working with warehouse & logistics and stores

Handle ecom customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure satisfaction

Manage website optimization e.g. context review the website translation and platform functionality
-
Provide regular monthly and weekly performance reports
-
Analyze store performance data to generate actionable insights to management
-
Optimise online channel to drive ROI of online shop including SEM, SEO, Piano Analytics
-
Maintain boutique address in Store Locator in google and global website
-
Trend Monitoring, including analyse sales data, market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
-
Handle ad hoc tasks and project assigned
Requirements:
-
University graduate in Marketing/ Business/ E-Commerce or related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably with exposure in luxury brand
-
Pro-active, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented team player and multi-tasking
-
Strong PC skills in various MS Office applications
-
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
