Job Description
Job Duties:
· Lead critical infrastructure projects and manage related schedule, costs, deliverables, reporting and handling potential risks.
· Oversee infrastructure design and cybersecurity reviews including coordinating installation, maintenance, configuration and to ensure the smooth operation of large-scale enterprise infrastructure systems. Provide technical oversight of a multi-sites, enterprise-level VM server farm, clustering network, enterprise infrastructure architecture design, and VDI management.
· Conduct regular reviews of incidents, inventories, problems, and change control management to maintain the stability of IT services. Manage all infrastructure environments and systems to run with enterprise standards.
· Oversee all infrastructure-related change request management, data center and cloud management, incident handling and documentation etc.
· Lead cybersecurity framework, defense tools and security incident handling workflow etc. To ensure the company systems and services maintain the corporate standard.
· Manage IT-related tools including but not limited to software, hardware and IT services.
· Oversee the budget plan and cost management related to infrastructure and cybersecurity, providing regular reports to management and committees.
· Manage IT outsourcing vendors to ensure that IT services and performance fulfill the SLA and KPI.
· Review and manage IT service-level objectives with management reporting.
· Lead and review audit requirements, related process flow and documentation, liaise with related parties internally and externally.
Requirement:
· Degree or Master Degree in IT or related discipline.
· Proven experience with 10 years in infrastructure & project role, especially in financial related industry preferable.
· Professional qualification (e.g. ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, ISO27001 etc.) is an added advantage
· Strong leadership and strategic planning skills on infrastructure and cybersecurity aspects.
· Strong knowledge of best practices on network, server, security, trading connections & infrastructure environments.
· Experience with enterprise infrastructure management in IT, including on ITIL practices, data center management, private and public cloud security and project management.
· Experience on cross countries’ infrastructure management including HK, China and overseas is a plus.
· Good presentation skill & effective communication skill with various teams.
· Enjoy team work and sharing of experience and knowledge.
· Willing to adapt the environment to support the rapidly expanding financial institution
· Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
