Job Description

The Customer Service & Operation Assistant is responsible for handling the feedback of clients towards products and service through phones, email or online platforms in Hong Kong, Macau and China. You are required to collaborate and communicate with department on test and administration service. Providing quality customer services and with ability to conduct research and analysis of client satisfaction level, as well as handling tests and administration duties at work.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- Good communication skills
- Passionate, patient, responsible, aggressive and with a sense of excellent service
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- 5 to 5.5 days per week (MON to FRI)09:00-18:00 or 10:30 to 19:30, (Alternate Saturday)09:00 to 13:00
