Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

To resolve customers' enquiries and complaints;

Provide administrative support to the departments ;

Liaise with internal departments;

Work shift in the department store.

Requirements:

Form 6 or above;

Good spoken and written English & Chinese;

Experience in retail industry or customer service industry is preferred;

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
