Job Description

  • Ensure smooth Order Fulfilment Process with the objective to generate maximum customer satisfaction.  Hands on daily operational responsibilities on sales & purchase order creation, item receipts & fulfilment, import/export handling, shipment execution including documentations, customs clearance and duty administration as well as after sales activities, e.g. customer complaint handlings
  • Responsible for handling ERP (Oracle NetSuite) records of Ocsial Hong Kong operations including SO/PO processing, landed cost recording etc.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the orders and deliveries are processed properly
  • Initiates and maintaining reports to provide transparency on order status and performances (e.g. MTD/YTD sales vs Budget)
  • Support to develop and manage process improvement initiatives and establish/maintain standard operation procedure and policy within supply chain processes.
  • Support in logistics arrangements for international customer orders, including but not limited to 3PL sourcing and management, and forwarder sourcing and management.
  • Support the team with flexibility to ensure the key business projects and orders across the regions are delivered in an efficient and qualitative manner
  • Other tasks may be assigned by immediate supervisor

     Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • >5 years working experience in manufacturing and trading company with hands on experience in customer service and logistics operations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change easily and willingness to go the “extra mile”
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST, knowledge of Japanese is advantageous
  • Excellent command of computer literacy in MS Office, experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
  • A good team player, pro-active and with a mature mindset, outgoing and self-motivated Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in handling import and export shipment within Asia pacific region, order management and data management.
