Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and analysing brand activities to generate reports on consumer insights, responses, and product quality feedback.
  • Help develop system logistics and requirements based on business goals, and suggest operational workflows to support CRM and marketing programs.
  • Provide support for CRM system enhancement projects, including assisting with requirements gathering, project coordination, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide support for managing CRM operational budgets, including preparing budget documents, handling day-to-day tasks, and working with procurement.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing acquisition programs to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Provide assistance for other departmental reporting and activities as required.
  • Support departmental administrative tasks, including marketing spend tracking, contract handling, vendor set-up, and sampling/delivery order management.
     

Requirements

  • 1 years experience in customer services
  • Higher diploma or above / Degree holder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and can work as a team
  • PC application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
