Crewkies Head Baker Position

Ready to take your cookie game to the next level? Crewkies is a new fresh and fabulous cookie bakery now open in Central and we're on the lookout for a talented and passionate full-time head baker/ kitchen manager

Job Description:

• Managing and overseeing daily operations, fulfilling orders, managing baking schedule, ensuring kitchen organization and cleanliness, stock managment, ingredient restocking, staff training
• Develop and test new recipes
• Supervise and schedule baking staff
• Assisting with production and orders
• Knowledge in food and beverage with excellent customer service skills as customers service and front of house tasks will be needed

Ideal candidates:

• Self-motivated and proactive, positive attitude. Able to work independently, willingness to learn.

• Experienced and trained in pastry (3 years minimum)

• HK ID card holder
