Job Description
Responsibilities 職責:
· Monitoring food inventory, costing control , develop the new dishes menu and maintain the food quality.
· 食材管理及成本控制,新菜式研發,保持高質素水平及品質監督
· Ensure the food quality well by guiding and cooperate with the team
· 指導及教導團隊以提升廚房部門要求及質素
· Make sure all food and dishes are up to standard
· 確保廚房食物符合公司標準
· Managing the kitchen daily operation and workflow
· 確保日常營運暢順及協調
Requirements 入職要求:
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Japanese restaurants
· 需具2-3年或以上相關經驗(日式)
· Knowable in food ingredients
· 對食材有豐富認識
· Fair in Cantonese and English
· 具良好粵語及英語能力
