A multi-national organization located in Eastern area in Hong Kong. We are looking for a Contract Receiptionist / Office Adminto provide front desk and administrative support to the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs visitors and answers routine questions; accepts and routes literature/packages intended for others in group/building.
- Assists as directed with data entry, word processing, filing, mass mailing, other forms of correspondence, mail distribution, special projects, etc.
- Serves as point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service.
- Acts as department liaison; distributes appropriate information to, and continually communicates with, staff.
- Assists in performing specialized administrative duties related to the department assigned.
- Keeps process documents up-to-date and maintains accurate filing systems.
- Maintains calendars and coordinates schedules; makes appointments and travel arrangements; assists guests.
- Arranges meetings and seminars; coordinates processes, events, and office moves.
- Inputs data into software applications, verifies accuracy, and produces requested reports.
- Develops presentations when needed.
- Support Executive’s requests as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of office procedures
- Strong level knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Demonstrates approachable and positive attitude
- Excellent problem solving, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create or improve processes and find solutions
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Conversational English.
