Contract Property Services Officer Grade III to I

The Job :

• Successful Candidates will be on secondment basis to the Hong Kong Housing Authority on contract basis.

Qualifications and Experience requirements

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Degree or Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
• Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the HKALE and Level 3/Grade C or above in three other subjects in the HKCCE, which may include Chinese Language and Chinese Language, or equivalent
• good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; and
• proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.; and
• good interpersonal skills;
• Immediately available preferred

Candidates with property management practitioner (PMP) (Tier I or Tier 2) license by PMSA or be a practicing member of one of the following professional institutions will be considered for CPSO Garde I:

(i)  The Hong Kong Institute of Housing;

(ii)  The Chartered Institute of Housing;

(iii)  The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division or Property and Facility Management Division);

(iv)  The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division);

(v)  Housing Managers Registration Board.
