Contract Data Analyst, IT Department (系数据分析师)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support business decision-making;
• Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and visual reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by implementing validation procedures and working with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies;
• Collaborate with business units to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines, additional coursework or certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics is a plus;
• 1 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles, relavtive experience in securities and related financial industries is preferred;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Experience working with financial data, regulatory reporting, or risk analytics is highly desirable;
• Demonstrated experience in extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets;
• Hands-on experience in ETL processes, BI tools, and SQL development;
• Solid knowledge on data /BI analytic reporting tools such as Oracle/SAP BI  will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, Excel advanced functions);
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is an advantage;
• Other skills: VBA, Unix Shell scripts, Windows scripting, SAS;
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
