They empower clients with robust infrastructure and a suite of value-added services, they are seeking a proactive Construction Progress Manager who can effectively monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate with contractors to mitigate delays
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators to manage project budgets and contracts
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between project teams and external contractors
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management and construction processes
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and legal aspects of construction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software
