Job Description

 Responsibilities: 

  • Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries
  • Ensure compliance with listing rules and corporate governance requirements
  • To assist in preparation of annual report, interim reports, announcements, and circulars etc
  • Maintaining proper statutory record, preparing board minutes, organize board and shareholders meeting
  • Assisting in the implementation of corporate transaction and conducting due diligence
  • Assisting with the follow up and review of corporate matters information disclosed in annual and interim report
  • Follow up transactions, announcement and circular of Group projects


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years solid company secretarial experience
  • HKCGI student/associate membership is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and other statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Well versed in company secretarial practices for Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office, English and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
