About the role
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary Clerk to join our team in Central Central and Western District. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive company secretarial support to the wider business, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
What you'll be doing

Coordinating the filing of annual returns and other statutory filings with the Companies Registry

Assisting with the preparation of board and shareholder meeting documentation, including minutes and resolutions

Providing administrative support for corporate transactions, such as share transfers
-
Conducting research and providing updates on relevant company law and regulatory changes
-
Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, lawyers and government authorities
What we're looking for
-
Minimum a year experience in a similar company secretarial role, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm

Knowledge of Hong Kong company law and other relevant regulations

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documents

Proficient in using relevant software and IT systems to support company secretarial duties

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently to meet deadlines
