- University / Polytechnic graduate in accountancy/ company secretaryship or related discipline
- Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKCGI / CGI Associate Member)
- Around 3 years’ solid experience in company secretarial field with 1-2 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
- Good supervisory, communication and analytical skills
- Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer.
