Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters;
- Assist in conducting due diligences and scanning basic anti-money laundering cases;
- Monitor and review statutory filings for local and oversea companies;
- Maintain and update statutory records for local and oversea companies;
- Handle bank account opening, amendments and due diligence matters;
- Take care of filing system updating;
- Provide general administration support to the department; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Who are they looking for?
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Governance studies or related discipline;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Company Secretarial and/or compliance services;
- Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Working Hour:
- 5 days work week
