Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Workflow Solutions to join our forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in reimagining how our organization operates. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation journey—analyzing, mapping, and optimizing critical workflows and processes as we migrate from legacy systems to a modern low-code solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders at all levels, and help shape scalable, efficient solutions that drive real business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow and Process Analysis and Mapping:

    • Analyze source and target systems to identify workflow discrepancies and inconsistencies.
    • Develop detailed mapping documents to ensure accurate workflow transformation from legacy satellite systems to modern platforms.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to identify discrepancies within the legacy system and how it can be translated to the new platform.
  • Business Analysis:

    • Gather requirements from a large pool of users spanning across different departments.
    • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Stakeholder management

    • Be able to strike a balance between understanding user pain points as well as the capabilities of the new system
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
    • Demonstrate the ability to minimize platform-specific customization by leveraging out-of-the-box features and best practices, ensuring smoother transitions and maintainable solutions during platform transformation.
    • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including managing last-minute requirement changes with professionalism, adaptability, and a focus on delivering business value.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques (i.e. OutSystems or Power Platform)
  • Experience in migrating legacy applications to a modern platform
  • Strong Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in analyzing and mapping key business processes to identify gaps and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in maintenance workflows is a plus
  • General knowledge of IBM Maximo is a plus
